*Via PayPal, MetroFlags, Inc. is capable of accepting payments in various world currencies, especially US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, and Euros.
Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service-Priority Mail or Priority Mail International, unless otherwise specified. Once orders are processed, it can take between 2-3 weeks for delivery. *For international deliveries: Shipping charges do not include customs duties that individual countries enforce. Governments impose customs duties separately. Before purchasing for an international (non-US) delivery, please inquire with your country's customs authority to learn about customs duties and rates.
Please indicate any deadlines in your order, comments, and choose the appropriate shipping method. Bulk orders or rush orders may sometimes ship factory direct.
*Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If for any reason, within 7 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original new condition for a full refund.
All returns require a Return Number prior to return. Contact our customer service department at: firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Number.
*Returning Items By Mail:
Pack and seal your return product securely. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Custom orders are not returnable.
*Credit Card Refunds:
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
*Refunds on Shipping Charges:
We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong product or the product is defective.
